Early mornings along the estate edge are loud with birdsong. With binoculars and a field guide, our naturalist helps you find Malabar grey hornbills, scarlet minivets, the electric-blue Indian paradise flycatcher and, by the stream, the white-throated kingfisher. The outing starts at 6 am and covers about 3 km at an easy pace. Best from November to March, when migrants join the residents. Beginners are welcome; serious birders can ask for a longer outing. Safety: keep voices low, stay on the trail and wear muted colours.
