Take NH48 towards Tumakuru, then the Tiptur–Kadur road to Chikmagalur, or NH75 via Hassan and Belur. Both routes are good; the Hassan route has more tolls and the Tumakuru route is quieter. Kempegowda International Airport (BLR) is the nearest major airport for most guests. KSRTC buses run all day from Majestic and Satellite stations, and overnight trains reach Kadur.
